Focused on quality, creativity, and service, we're growing quickly and are excited to expand our sales territory.
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Executive to expand our customer base in British Columbia and build a book of business. This role is ideal for an individual looking for a professional part-time role, who has an entrepreneurial spirit, sales experience, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and contact potential clients to identify/develop new sales opportunities among small-to-medium-sized business customers in targeted industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their print needs and identifying repeat order prospects
- Collaborate with operations and internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Discuss client requirements with the operations director and connect the client for quoting and closing of a sale
- Escalate customer concerns/issues and collaborate to resolve the same
- Follow-up project delivery & outstanding payments
- Update monthly report of converted clients
- Assist with receiving, clearing, quality checks, and delivery of orders when required
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years prior sales experience within Canada required
- Prior B2B sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
- Must be fluent in English
