- Conduct line maintenance and troubleshooting on company aircraft
- Perform routine maintenance, component replacements, and scheduled inspections (up to A-Checks)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all maintenance documentation
- Mentor and support apprentice AMEs as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to company safety procedures and Transport Canada regulations
- Valid AME License required (M2 with Dash 8 and/or Avro RJ endorsements preferred)
- Graduate of a Transport Canada–approved Aircraft Maintenance Technology program
- Strong mechanical aptitude with advanced troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to obtain a RAIC and AVOP
- Experience with RAAS considered an asset
