About the Opportunity
As a Mechanical Associate, you'll play a key leadership role in managing high-profile commercial, retail, institutional, and mixed-use projects from concept through completion. You'll oversee a team of talented engineers and designers, ensuring seamless project execution, client satisfaction, and technical excellence.

Your Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Lead a team of engineers and designers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Develop and review mechanical designs for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, design coordination discussions, and presentations.
- Conduct construction phase reviews and progress assessments.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and sustainability best practices.
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical building systems design.
- P.Eng designation required.
- Experience in LEED-certified and multi-disciplinary projects is an asset.
- Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
