What You'll Do
Drive new business across North America by identifying, pursuing, and securing key accounts in the energy and infrastructure sector
Cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions
Collaborate with leadership to define sales strategies and exceed growth targets
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the U.S. and Canada
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and proposals while ensuring customer satisfaction remains top priority
Conduct market intelligence to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
What You Bring
3-5 years of sales experience in the electrical equipment or power distribution sector (transformer sales is a major asset)
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Strong business development and account management skills
Willingness and ability to travel across North America
High emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
A proactive mindset with a hunger to grow both revenue and client trust
Nice to Have
Deep knowledge of energy infrastructure, power systems, or industrial equipment sales
Prior experience in creating market strategies or opening new regional markets
