Eansor Auto Group is looking for a Service Advisor in London at Courtesy Ford Lincoln!
As a Service Advisor at Courtesy Ford Lincoln, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring automotive maintenance or repair services. You will provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assessing their service needs, and coordinating vehicle service appointments. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on service progress. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and automotive knowledge will contribute to the overall success of our service department.
Our company is looking for a customer centric individual who is passionate about building relationship with our customers.
Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm.
Compensation: Salary (40k+ based on experience) + Bonuses
Job Duties:
- Work with customers to understand their needs and answer questions and inquiries.
- Open and invoice repair orders, keeping administratively current.
- Liase between the client and technician and sell the recommended work as per technician's inspection and diagnostics.
- Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Successful Candidates Possess:
- Previous Dealership/Shop experience is required.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
- Loves a fast pace environment, can handle multiple clients at once.
- Computer skills and understanding of technology.
- Experience with Reynolds Ignite software considered an asset.
