Automotive Service Manager

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the day-to-day operations and profitability of the service department
· Supervise the opening and closing of repair orders and review them for accuracy
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquires and resolving issues promptly
· Ensure that all automotive repairs are performed accurately and in a timely manner
· Collaborate with technicians to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
· Stay updated on industry trends, and advancements in automotive technology
Position Requirements:
· Possess technical training from a technical college, ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certification preferred
· 5 years of experience in an automotive dealership or repair shop
· Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in automotive repair
· Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite & experience with PBS
· Valid Driver's License

Shift and Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· Alternating Saturdays
