Certified Level 2 Dental Assistant with Endodontic Experience
Our established specialty dental practice is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Certified Level 2 Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience assisting in endodontic procedures, demonstrating proficiency in taking diagnostic periapical radiographs and utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques. This is a dual role position that will also require the candidate to provide front desk support as needed. This role presents a unique opportunity for professional growth, with the expectation that the successful candidate will develop into an Office Management position within a 2-5 year timeframe.
Requirements:

• CPR, IPAC, WHMIS up-to-date by start date.
• Live nearby or effectively commute on time.
• Strong computer skills and comfort navigating dental software are essential.
• Able to write, speak, and transcribe in English with confidence.
• Set up and tear down endodontic operatory.
• Chairside assist RCT, retreatment, and apical surgery.
• Take diagnostic digital images.
• Sterilize with IPAC standards.
• Rubber Dam placement
• Inventory, monthly water and equipment maintenance.
• Light housekeeping of the treatment area.
• Schedule appointments, answer calls, take payment, make complete comfort calls and appointment reminders as needed.
• A calm and professional bedside manner, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively with team members, is paramount.

Compensation:

• $30-35 per hour based on experience and overall qualifications. References will be required. Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume for consideration.
