COSTAR Computer Systems is currently seeking a full-time Bilingual Application Specialist to join our Team. Our support team is recognized in the industry for the exceptional customer service we offer. Our team is growing and this is your chance to be part of it. Job Overview:

As a Bilingual Application Specialist, you will implement, configure, troubleshoot and teach the software. COSTAR regularly release new version that include some of our customers suggestions; your responsibilities will include gathering customer feedback to suggest new feature and improvement to the management team.


Responsibilities:

You will be handling daily calls/emails from customers dealing with “how to” questions about the software and will work in collaboration with the support team to find creative solutions to customer requests.
Assist customers with their software issues by providing accurate information and finding solutions to their problems in a pleasant, caring and professional manner.
Download, install & explain software updates to customers in an efficient manner.
Troubleshoot/Escalation of technical and/or functional problems in the software and with integration to 3rd party products.
Learn new features through training, internal documentation and testing.
Provide administration support.

Requirements:

Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills, initiative, good judgment, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Strong Verbal/written communication skills in French and English.
Positive attitude toward changes and ability to learn quickly in an evolving environment
Client-oriented focus and excellent people skills a must
Detailed oriented.
Knowledge of Word/Excel.
Understanding of accounting principals & computer terminology.(An accounting designation is not required)
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking would be an asset but is not required.
