THE BASICS

Pay: This remote role offers a competitive pay range of $22 – $26 per hour, plus bonuses.

Schedule: This is a full-time position with regular hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role offers flexibility with in-office, remote, or hybrid work options based on your preferences and location.

YOUR DAY AS A PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As a Plumbing Customer Service Rep, you will start your morning ready to deliver excellent customer care. You'll be answering incoming inquiries and booking plumbing service calls using Field Pulse software, ensuring customers feel heard and supported. Throughout the day, you'll manage office communications including emails, monitor and respond to customer reviews, and stay active on social media platforms to help build our online presence. You'll also handle various administrative office tasks, all while keeping service organized and running smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Clear and professional telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Technical proficiency using office and communication software
• Ability to work independently in an office or remote environment
• Ability to work with Field Pulse software (training may be provided)
