We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Purview Analyst with strong expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data protection security policies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP Console and Management, focusing on unstructured data, and will help fine-tune policies to reduce false positives. The candidate will also handle operational tasks and manage change control processes. Bilingual (English and French) is a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Microsoft Purview DLP Console and associated features
• Enable DLP for MS 365 and SharePoint, primarily for unstructured data
• Implement and fine-tune Data Protection Security Policies
• Reduce false positives and improve policy effectiveness
• Handle operational tasks, identify System Integration Testing (SIT), and support policy adjustments
• Transition policies to audit and surveillance mode, with no blocking in 2025
• Manage change management processes, audit features, and create documentation such as FAQs and other content
• Bilingual (English and French) communication with stakeholders and teams

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Purview
• Expertise in Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Console and management
• Experience in enabling DLP for MS 365 and SharePoint, especially focusing on unstructured data
• Proficient in Data Protection Security Policies and standards
• Experience in reducing false positives and fine-tuning policies for better accuracy
• Proficient in change management and documentation
• Bilingual (English & French) both verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Purview Certification
