Our Barrie, ON location is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative who thrives on keeping things organized, supporting both customers and installers, and working in a team that values growth, excellence, and fun.

What You'll Do:

• Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for customers and contractors

• Schedule, plan, and coordinate installations

• Prepare documents and handle data entry

• Support the team and keep operations running smoothly

• Analyze and organize job information to ensure a great customer experience

No flooring experience? No problem! We'll provide on-the-job training to get you up to speed.

What You Bring:

• A sharp eye for detail

• Great communication skills (written and verbal)

• A self-motivated, can-do attitude

• Love for teamwork and a good laugh

• Experience working in construction / renovation will be given preference
