We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Glazing Division. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role ideal for a driven professional with expertise in architectural glazing systems. Your Role:Lead Glazing Operations: Oversee all aspects of glazing, from estimating and procurement to installation and completion.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and innovation.
Client and Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Project Oversight: Ensure successful execution of ongoing and future glazing projects, including notable projects like West Village Tower A & B, Truman Frontier Project, Truman Plaza Project, and Riverwalk in Calgary.
Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of skilled professionals, promoting excellence and collaboration.
Drive Efficiency and Safety: Maintain high standards in architectural glazing systems while optimizing workflows.
10+ years of experience in Architectural Glazing Systems (curtain wall, window wall, stick-framed systems).
Proven success in glazing management or senior leadership within a glazing division.
Expertise in estimating, procurement, project execution, and strategic planning.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Experience with large-scale commercial and institutional glazing projects, including high-profile Calgary developments.
