The Opportunity:

GoBolt is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Manager to play a crucial role in the success of our warehouse operations. As the Learning Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs focused on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and essential warehouse procedures. You will ensure all warehouse staff possess the knowledge and skills necessary to operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our team's performance and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs, including knowledge checks, practical assessments, and feedback mechanisms. Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
  • SOP Documentation: Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure SOP documentation is clear, concise, and readily accessible to warehouse staff. May contribute to the development and review of SOPs from a training perspective.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with warehouse managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to understand their operational needs and ensure training programs meet those needs effectively.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all training programs emphasize safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to warehouse operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to improve training processes, content, and delivery methods to enhance the learning experience and drive better performance outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in developing and delivering training programs, preferably within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment.
