Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for Salesforce CRM including Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business requirements across complex financial projects.
- Apply both traditional BA methods (use cases, system diagrams) and agile techniques (user stories, storyboards, backlog grooming).
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements planning, effort estimation, and prioritization.
- Manage requirement artifacts through walkthroughs, change management, and traceability.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and user provisioning.
Essential Skills:
- 3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale, agile projects.
- Experience supporting Salesforce CRM, Financial Services Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Domain knowledge in Wealth Management or Investment Banking.
- Skilled in elicitation techniques: user stories, data analysis, document review, interviews, workshops.
- Proficiency in requirements lifecycle management, traceability, and stakeholder collaboration.
Desirable Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience in Scrum/agile environments.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking and User-Centered Design.
- Experience in Asset Management.
