Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Science Intern to join our interdisciplinary team. This internship is ideal for students in undergraduate or masters programs in Life Sciences, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or related fields who are interested in clinical research, wearable technology, and digital health innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and execution of clinical research protocols

Support data collection, entry, and preliminary analysis from clinical studies

Conduct literature reviews to support study design and product validation

Coordinate participant recruitment, scheduling, and consent processes

Help prepare study documents, reports, and presentations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, data science, mechanical, software, firmware, textile, QA, and regulatory affairs

Maintain high ethical and professional standards in human research compliance

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in a relevant field

Strong interest in clinical research, human physiology, or wearable health technology

Basic knowledge of research ethics and good clinical practice (GCP) is an asset

Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, or Python) is an asset

Experience with wearable sensors, interpretation of ECG, and analysis of motion artifacts is an asset

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Real world clinical experience is an asset
