THE ROLE
Our client is a major player in Vancouvers real estate development industry, with a portfolio that spans commercial and residential properties across the Lower Mainland.
They are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join their growing Civil and Infrastructure team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their construction or land development career to gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of exciting development projects. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Administrator will play a key role in keeping the team organized and ensuring that documentation, communication, and administrative processes run smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the preparation and tracking of project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, drawings, and QA/QC reports
- Support document control by ensuring all drawings and project updates are current and properly distributed
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to support project coordination
- Prepare and track purchase orders, invoices, and progress claim summaries
- Help maintain project schedules, logs, and reports using MS Excel and project management tools
- Organize and compile materials for project updates and internal reporting
- Assist with the preparation of completion packages for municipal submissions
- Provide general administrative support to the Civil and Infrastructure team, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records
REQUIREMENTS:
- 12 years of administrative experience in construction, real estate development, or a related industry
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (Construction Management, Civil Technology, Business Administration, Finance) considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting systems would be a major asset.
- Proactive, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who is eager to learn and grow within a collaborative environment
