Door To Door Fundraiser

We are seeking passionate, outgoing, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Fundraisers in Hamilton, Ontario. In this role, you will represent a well-respected hospital foundation, engaging with community members to raise awareness and secure donations that support vital healthcare initiatives.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door fundraising campaigns within assigned neighborhoods in Hamilton, Ontario.
• Educate potential donors about the hospital foundation's mission, programs, and impact.
• Build meaningful connections with community members to encourage recurring contributions.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while adhering to company guidelines.
• Accurately record donor information and contributions using provided tools and technology.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to meet daily and weekly fundraising goals.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Previous fundraising, sales, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
