Studio71 Canada is looking for a results-driven and extremely organized Jr. Campaign Manager with a strong passion for digital advertising. The successful candidate is obsessed with delivering white-glove customer service, will take a detail-oriented approach, have an exceptional ability to multi-task, and be a self-starter that gets the job done with a positive attitude. The focus of this position centers around the careful, deliberate, and timely execution of defined work. The job requires an ability to deal in a systematic and patient way with technical information and processes, as well as an ability to prioritize assignments with multiple stakeholders.
This job requires a serious and disciplined approach to do it well. A disciplined, conscientious, hands-on approach is central to this job and it requires work that is high quality and precise. This job is primarily task-focused and requires effective communication about the progress of those tasks. This technical but creative position requires a high level of expertise and accuracy in order to do the job right.
Your responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
Reporting into our Director of Sales, you'll support our Account Executives with both sales and execution of our clients' digital media campaigns. You will work cross-functionally to ensure a project's success from start to finish, which includes: working with Ad Operations, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Account Management. The role includes relationship building, managing paperwork contracts, campaign optimization and analysis, post-reporting, and more.
- Support the execution of sold-through campaigns and the administrative responsibilities that come with it
- Establish relationships with and manage communication with all internal departments (ie. Ad Operations, Legal, Talent, Finance, Sales, etc.)
- Operate as the internal point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned campaigns
- Understand client objectives to achieve goals throughout execution of your assigned campaigns
- Approximately 95% digital media campaigns and 5% custom content campaigns (subject to change)
- Understanding client brief and applying to Studio71 product offerings
- Manage inventory requests and bookings with Ad Operations
- Analyze and bring campaign data to life visually for case studies and final reports
- Manage and deliver on daily/weekly/monthly reporting requests
- Recommend strategic changes to the campaign
- Manage client communications once campaign is sold by Account Executive
- Ensure 100% delivery on all assigned campaigns through constant pacing monitoring
- Assist with billings, finances, and reconciliation of campaigns
- General team support with specific administrative duties to the Senior Account Manager
What you'll have (qualifications/requirements):
- 0-2 years of project/campaign/account coordination experience
- Completion of a post-secondary education program, ideally in a Marketing/Advertising or similar program
- Interest in YouTube and social media
- Exceptional communication skills (in-person, email, over the phone, etc.)
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), and experience using Mac OS

Nice-to-Haves:
- Hands-on experience with Google's advertising suite (Google Ads, DV360, Google Ads Manager)
- Working experience on Salesforce
- Experience tracking, monitoring, and optimizing digital media campaigns
- Experience building reporting dashboards and templates
- Managing business/creator social media accounts
- Past extra-curricular/volunteer work related to the industry or this role
- Bilingual in English and French
