- Lead production teams in low-volume machining, ensuring parts meet blueprint specifications
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex machining setups for turning, milling, and grinding processes
- Collaborate with Engineering and Estimating to finalize machining processes, sequences, and time estimates
- Coordinate with Production Control to meet production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
- Train, develop, and assign tasks to employees while fostering a positive and productive work environment
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on machining processes
- Hands-on experience with machining processes, specifically turning, milling, and grinding
- Strong understanding of machining setups and cross-department manufacturing integration
- Proven ability to resolve complex tooling and production issues efficiently
- Familiarity with union agreements, production policies, and cost-reduction strategies
