Deli City Café and Catering is looking for Cooks to join their team for a temporary position at a student camp in Winfield during June, July, and August. The Cooks will be responsible for the daily preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for approximately 70-90 campers and staff members, depending on the size of the camper groups. Successful candidates will be required to work shifts either from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm or 11:30 am to 7:30 pm, based on business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, physical stamina, and a strong sense of responsibility to perform their duties effectively. Knowledge of dietary restrictions, cooking techniques, and assisting with order placement is desirable. Applicants should be available to work weekends as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of cooking experience with Western cuisine.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in preparing meals for dietary restrictions.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner for campers and staff.
• Determine necessary ingredients and assist with placing orders.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Clean and maintain the work station, adhering to safety and sanitation practices.
