AA is looking to connect with Sales Manager talents to join our AA Facial Sales Management Team. The incumbent will have responsibility for BC and AB.
In this exciting role, you will be fully responsible to execute the commercial activities at a Regional level. This mandate includes leading and coaching the Western Facial team to maximize short and long term sales performance results, while placing the patient at the center of any efforts and operating within AbbVie's/AA's business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and create an engaging and motivational atmosphere for the sales representatives to excel at delivering results; manage the sales processes that allow for the region to perform at an optimal level.
- Deliver sales performance and relevant Brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to meet or exceed regional sales targets within expense budgets.
- Attract, retain, develop, engage, lead and coach Facial territory managers within a high functioning sales team; provide coaching to support representatives to develop their selling, technical and business skills.
- Ensure Facial priorities, activities and engagement plans are aligned with brand strategy and priorities in order to optimize strategic momentum and drive brands success.
- Oversee and support the development of territory business plans to ensure that they reflect the opportunities in the territory and are aligned to the brand strategies.
- Regularly analyze, measure and report on field activities and utilize these data in field management/coaching, including completion of coaching reports.
- Initiate and foster cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders in Marketing, AMI, Clinical Specialists, KAM partners, Coolsculpting & PSRM colleagues to ensure strategic and tactical alignment, including creation and execution of account plans, OLAs, educational programs.
- Establish and cultivate effective relationships with the top KOL's in the region.
- Monitor and consolidate the outcomes of account plans in order to provide timely qualitative market intelligence information, to feed the brand planning process and to anticipate market needs and/or changes.
- Develop professional and career development plan for each team member and review and update on a regular basis.
Education/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science or related field, or equivalent
- Sales management experience in at least one therapeutic area required (Min. of 2-3 yrs)
- Relevant business experience with proven track record of success within biotech/pharma/medical devices. DTC, B2B experience an asset
- Proven track record of successful leadership, management and coaching of cross functional teams or functional individuals and teams. (Min 2-3 yrs).
- Head Office experience, an asset (Min. 2 yrs).
