Primary Skills:
- Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 8+ years of experience in Finance domain.
- Lead analysis phases to identify, track, escalate and/or resolve business systems issues in an Agile environment.
- Act as the liaison between the technology teams and support teams for product delivery.
- Requirements management and communication requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; Backlog Grooming.
- Create, Document and Maintain Data Mapping Documents, Integration Requirement Documents, Non-Functional Requirement Documents and Use case documents.
- Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted and stakeholder requirements responsibilities.
- Perform impact analysis to identify impact to existing applications/Services.
- Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties.
- Experience in Incident Management and RCA.
- Experience in JIRA and Confluence Tool usage.
- Strong data analysis and strong Excel skills.
- Experience in RDBMS.
- Willing to work in GTA area as per client requirements.
- Prior RBC environment experience will be a big plus.
- Wealth Management Domain knowledge is an advantage.
- Very good communication and other soft skills.
- Should be a proactive team player who can work independently.
- Working with agile methodology, multidisciplinary team.
- Detail-oriented & very organized.
