You'll work closely with prospective homebuyers, understand their goals and needs, and guide them through the entire buying process—from first showing to final closing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering value, and staying proactive with follow-up and client communication.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage and follow up with prospective buyers
  • Conduct buyer consultations to understand needs and preferences
  • Schedule and host showings and open houses
  • Prepare and present offers
  • Guide clients through inspections, financing, and closing
  • Stay on top of market trends and property values

Compensation:

$75,000 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate the property sale between the buyer and the seller to achieve the desired results
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the area's real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have a valid Ontario Real Estate License
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of sales success
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry

  • Possess a valid driver's license and can travel by car
