Are you a organized, creative marketing professional with a flair for project coordination and brand execution? We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic, growth-focused team based in Mississauga.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety—coordinating product launches, managing trade shows and events, developing marketing assets, and ensuring consistent brand execution across multiple channels. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product innovation, and operations, as well as external vendors and partners.
THE ROLE
Product Launch
- Execute go-to-market plans for new products from concept through to field rollout.
- Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials, signage, and samples.
- Manage budgets, vendor quotes, and timelines to ensure seamless launches.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital and physical materials.
- Support content development for brochures, signage, sell sheets, and promotional items.
- Collaborate with sales to develop compelling tools to drive customer engagement and revenue.
- Lead merchandising projects from planogram design to display execution.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to fulfill sample and display needs.
- Maintain showroom presentation standards and update promotional programs.
- Take the lead on planning and executing trade shows, customer events, and new account activations.
- Manage logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and event follow-up analysis.
- Maintain the event calendar and ensure assets are in place for every event.
- Support annual loyalty programs, including administration, collateral updates, and reporting.
- Assist in measuring program effectiveness and recommending future enhancements.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, brand execution, and/or event management.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or communications (or equivalent experience).
- Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Occasional travel for trade shows and events.
