Manager, Integration Services
MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our audiovisual technology client to find a first-class Manager, Integration Services to join their team in Ottawa, Ontario. This new leadership role will play a pivotal part in developing and growing the Integration Services department, ensuring the seamless integration, commissioning, and functionality of AV systems.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:

• Lead the growth and organization of the Integration Services department
• Oversee and conduct technical deployments, field commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Project Management teams to ensure project alignment
• Develop programming standards and serve as Site Lead on complex integration projects

You should have the following in your background to apply:

• Strong project management skills and proven ability to lead teams
• Proficiency in AV programming platforms (Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience developing programming standards and working in fast-paced, technical environments
