In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, management, and optimization of all operational functions within your assigned area — including staffing, equipment oversight, and overall performance. You'll play a critical role in supporting senior leadership with budgeting, program execution, and ensuring long-lasting client and customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Responsible for developing client relationships, business retention, and increasing overall profitability.
- Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contractual agreements between Indigo and our clients.
- Meet with clients on a regular basis to maintain a presence and ensure their needs are met.
- Establish, and maintain proper operational procedures (Operations Manual) for each location.
- Analyze each operation with a focus on improving service and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Supervisors daily, to ensure proper operation of each location.
- Assist Operations Manager and General Manager to maximize overall revenues for each location.
- Establish and maintain proper staffing levels for each location.
- Conduct regular, on-site training of staff, to ensure all internal/external policies are being adhered to (uniform, lot conditions, customer service, etc…)
- Coordinate with Supervisors for regular lot audits (revenue and operational).
- Manage A/R (with help from service coordinator) for each location.
- Effectively communicate the organization's vision to team members and mobilize employees to develop a culture of operational excellence.
- Identify and develop high potential employees to support the organization's continued growth.
- Implement and complete other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the operation of assigned locations.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and record keeping as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Administration:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned parking locations, in alignment with the terms outlined in management or lease agreements.
- Ensure client expectations are consistently met with promptness, precision, and professionalism.
- Manage and maintain all service contracts related to assigned parking facilities.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Operations Manager in preparing annual budgets for each location.
- Participate in client meetings alongside senior management to maintain strong relationships and clear communication.
- Analyze and review monthly revenue reports in partnership with the Operations Manager.
- Generate purchase orders and authorize invoices for all designated site.
- Conduct regular rate surveys to ensure each parking location remains competitive within the market.
- Handle all personal injury and property damage claims within the scope of your assigned portfolio.
- Ensure the Accounting Department receives all required documentation in a timely manner to support accurate client billing for labor and management services.
Human Resources:
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the Supervisors.
- Ensure that hiring policies are followed for each employee.
- Review with Operations Manager all terminations for field staff, and ensure prior approval from General Manager.
- Conduct annual performance reviews of Supervisors, and semi-annual reviews of field staff.
- Conduct interviews on regular basis, for current and future staffing requirements.
- Take disciplinary measures when and where required, with staff.
- Approve and submit all payroll for field staff.
Job requirements:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in management position.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in operational or sales position.
- Previous experience in the hospitality, real estate, property management, or security industry is preferred.
- Previous experience in the parking industry is considered an asset.
- Clean driving history with no convictions, suspensions, or other serious infractions.
- Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel at an advanced level required.
- Bilingualism in English and French is preferred.
- The position requires a minimum of 40% of work hours to be performed at the office.
- The position requires a minimum of 60% of work hours to be performed at client or prospective client locations.

The ideal candidate should be available from Monday to Friday during the day and occasionally evenings and weekends when required.
