A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
As a bilingual Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for our automotive dealership, you cheerfully greet customers as they enter our showroom, patiently directing them to the right department. Additionally, you answer phones with the same willingness to provide above-and-beyond customer service. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all of your interactions and our clients and staff enjoy working with you. You see what needs to be done and jump right in. Your daily contributions help to build our business and customer relationships.
With attention to detail, you also perform data entry, filing, photocopying, licensing of vehicles, and other administrative office tasks to keep our automotive dealership running smoothly. You are respectful and discreet with any confidential information and effectively communicate with other staff and customers to ensure that documents and records are organized and accurate. You are essential to our success as one of the largest family-owned automotive dealerships in the area!

WORK SCHEDULE
