We're currently looking for a proactive, financially savvy, and detail-driven Office Manager to support our growing team.

What You'll Do:As our Office Manager, you'll be the organized and dependable force behind our daily operations. You will support the leadership and project teams while keeping the office running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment
- Handling phone calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
- Managing office supplies and coordinating deliveries
- Supporting bookkeeping tasks, invoice tracking, and financial document organization
- Assisting with project budget entries and financial reporting (training provided)
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Managing document control, data entry, and filing systems
- Helping coordinate company events, team celebrations, and client presentations
- Managing utilities (e.g., ATCO, EPCOR, Direct Energy) and vendor account setup
- Assisting with onboarding: preparing keys, swag, workspace setup, and benefits administration
- Tracking sub-trade compliance documents (e.g., WCB Clearances, insurance) and submitting DocuSigns
- Reconciling franchise accounts, reviewing monthly statements, and preparing internal reports
- Overseeing general office organization, cleanliness, and supply levels
- Supporting permitting requests and liaising with city departments when needed
- Acting as the key administrative contact for franchise accounting, scheduling, and compliance support
- 5+ years of administrative or office experience preferred
- Proven financial acumen - experience supporting bookkeeping, budgets, or cost tracking
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- High degree of professionalism and reliability
- Previous experience in construction, design, or a related industry is a strong asset
