Job Summary:

TPH is seeking a skilled Systems and Desktop Administrator to join our team during a period of significant organizational change. This role involves supporting and innovating with the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, and user support, ensuring seamless technology operations and providing technical support to end-users.
Responsibilities:
Cloud System Administration:
- Assess current on-premises infrastructure and develop migration strategies to cloud platforms, particularly Azure and Microsoft Stack Technology.
- Design and implement cloud solutions to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
- Lead cloud migration projects, coordinating activities with internal teams and external vendors.
- Monitor cloud environments, perform troubleshooting, and implement optimizations to maximize efficiency.
- Implement compliance standards and policies in Azure, InTune, Office, etc.
- Provide training and documentation to support users in leveraging cloud services effectively.
- Support the digital solutions team in launching new applications in a modernized infrastructure in a timely and progressive manner.
Help Desk Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users by resolving hardware and software issues through our D365 Ticketing system.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation.
- Proactively monitor system performance, install and update software applications, and maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.
- Collaborate with Network Architects and Security Engineers to optimize desktops, ensure high availability, and align with security protocols.
General IT Responsibilities:
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Coordinate hardware and software procurement and scheduling.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
- Develop and update IT policies and guidelines for clarity and adherence.
- Respond to and swiftly resolve help desk tickets both within your domain of expertise and in a supporting role for other team members.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Systems Desktop Administrator or similar role.
- Extensive experience in cloud architecture and implementation, with a focus on Azure and Microsoft Stack Technology.
- Proficiency in InTune, Active Directory, Azure Portal, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics, Power Automate, and PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in technical and business concept documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate).
- Experience with cloud-based systems and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with hosting and launching new applications on a modernized cloud architecture while maintaining cost efficiency and security directives.
- Experience with industrial print software and hardware.
- Experience with IT End User technical support across a multi-locational national business model.
- Experience working in a SOC2 compliant environment.
