Who you are:
Were looking for a Talent & Recruitment Partner to re-build our recruitment process from the ground up, focusing on finding people with the right drive and cultural fit. Once processes are established, youll manage hiring while taking on talent planning and performance management initiatives.
The fine print:
First 6 Months - Build & Refine
- Create, document, and streamline recruitment processes for hourly and salaried roles.
- Develop interview guides, scorecards, and onboarding frameworks.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
- Optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Set candidate experience standards and hiring timelines.
Ongoing - Manage & Develop
- Lead salaried hiring and oversee hourly recruitment with HR team support.
- Proactively source and build talent pipelines for key roles.
- Manage and continuously improve the recruitment process using data and feedback.
- Support talent planning to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Lead performance management programs.
We are looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (hourly and salaried roles).
- Experienced in building or improving recruiting processes.
- Strong ability to identify talent based on potential, cultural fit, and growth mindset.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills with both hiring teams and candidates.
- Experienced or interested in talent planning and performance management.
Bonus if you:
- Have experience in hospitality, entertainment, or multi-location environments
- Familiarity talent planning cycles and best practices
- Exposure to organizational development or HR initiatives
