Shift: Monday Thursday, 6:30 AM 5:00 PM (Overtime often available and encouraged)

Starting Wage is $19.50hr, after successful 3 month probation moves to $20.00/hr

Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join our production team. In this role, youll be responsible for assembling components and systems for our zero turn mowers, ensuring each unit meets our high standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mower components using hand and power tools
• Follow blueprints drawings and work instructions
• Perform quality checks and identify issues in the assembly process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Participate in safety and training programs asrequired were willing to train the right candidates
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Experience using hand tools an asset
• Require reliable transportation
