Your Role:

We are growing fast and our team is looking to for a Mortgage Administrator to help us provide and maintain daily administration of loans and mortgages. This position is full-time.

The ideal candidate is smart, detailed orientated, is client focused and keen to be a part of something great!

Must Haves:

• Experience working in Mortgage, preferably post Funding. This may include payments, discharge and payout statements
• Abilityto effectively maintain strong relationships with THINK Financial clients while administering files
• Fast paced environment, must be able to keep current with changes
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English, French is a bonus!
• History of delivering an extraordinary experience with a focus on results
• Strong decision-making skills to convey solutions to areas of concern
• Provenability handling difficult situations and use of good judgement based on experience and knowledge
• Experience with e-faxing, DocuSign and MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Slack
• Post Secondary education preferred

The Work:

• Maintains and promotes the company products and services
• Respond and process client requests quickly and accurately
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by following company guidelines and security/compliance regulations
• Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of all company products and services
• Handle customer issues/concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep account of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Other administrative tasks as needed
