Key Responsibilities:
Operate a Raymond Reach forklift to move goods and materials safely within the warehouse
Load and unload delivery trucks
Stack and store merchandise in designated locations
Perform inventory control activities including counting and verifying stock
Conduct daily preventative maintenance checks on forklifts and clamp trucks as per safety regulations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid forklift operator certification
2–3 years of proven experience operating a Raymond Reach forklift in a warehouse setting
Strong understanding of warehouse distribution and logistics processes
Basic math skills for inventory management
Mechanical aptitude to perform routine equipment maintenance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry out physically demanding tasks
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
