Summary: The Inside Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales operations. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing quotes, processing orders, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.

Essential Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
  • Process sales orders, confirm order details, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups, proposal generation, and maintaining customer relationships
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary paperwork
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers and support sales
  • Update and manage customer information in the company's CRM system
  • Address customer concerns or complaints, working quickly to provide solutions or escalate issues when necessary
  • Other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 years' experience required in a support role with an emphasis on organizational sales marketing, and/or relationship building.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully engage with our internal and external customers and vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with superior organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
