We are growing again! Great career opportunity in Orangeville for 310T Apprentice with an Industry leading Environmental Services Company.

• $25 - 30/hr + Shift Premium
• Monday to Friday schedule.
• Afternoon Shift, 2:30pm to 12:00am

Requirements:

• Must be registered or eligible to register as a 310T Truck and Coach Apprentice.
• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Some mechanical experience (either through co-op, pre-apprenticeship, or hands-on exposure) is an asset.
• Valid G driver's license and clean driving record (DZ license is an asset).
• Strong interest in heavy-duty mechanics and willingness to learn.
• Physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Experience in automotive/truck, light or heavy equipment maintenance and repair or completion of accredited vocational technical school program.
• Working knowledge of fuel, ignition, cooling, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and air brake systems.

• Assist licensed 310T technicians with routine maintenance and repairs of heavy-duty vehicles, including trucks and buses.
• Perform basic inspections and services such as oil changes, brake checks, and tire rotations.
• Use hand and power tools under supervision to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and assist with shop upkeep.
• Learn to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Record maintenance and repair work accurately.
