Cascadia Metals is currently accepting resumes for the position of Junior Inside Sales Representative in our Brandon office. This is a brand new and exciting position that will enhance your skills and give you the added value to get and stay ahead of the game.

Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic and, passion to be part of the team. You will receive mentorship and coaching from higher management & senior representatives. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Driven and results-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized with strong ability to track, manage, and follow through on details
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Assisting in developing project bids
• Assisting senior sales reps with order entry and inventory management
• Creating and maintaining customer records
• Developing new and existing relationships with clients
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A self-starter
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• A "How Can I Help?" attitude
• Some experience in customer service, sales is preferred
