Construction Office Administrator
A well-established, locally based construction company is seeking a reliable and organized Construction Office Administrator, to work alongside our current Office Administrator and to help manage the daily office and project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs)
Preparing and organizing quotes for submission
Follow up on quotes sent to clients and sub contractors
Scheduling and monitoring staff and sub contractors
Monitor bidding platforms such as MERX, Bids & tenders
Communicating with engineers, designers, and other related clients.
Schedule project startup meetings and job completion reviews
Ensure subcontractors have up-to-date WSIB clearance, insurance, and relevant certifications
Assist in managing schedules and timelines for subcontractors
Provide general administrative support to the operations team
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the daily duties of the construction industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Familiarity with bidding platforms would be helpful
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
