Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and project timelines for clients and internal teams.

• Follow up on projects and invoices to ensure timely completion and payment.

• Proactively follow up on quotes, converting them into sales (commission-based pay for successful conversions).

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a remote or phone-based role).

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
