Position: Management Trainee
Location: Toronto

We're currently seeking a Management Trainee to join our dynamic and expanding Toronto team. Indigo Park Canada is a fast-growing leader in the parking industry, committed to fostering emerging talent and providing hands-on experience that builds the foundation for a successful career in business.

As a Management Trainee, you'll gain valuable, real-world experience across key business areas—customer service, sales, and operations—while working alongside our experienced Operations Team.

In this role, you will:

  • Support daily operations and ensure optimal team performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve key business objectives.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategic initiatives to strengthen our market presence.
  • Analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to important projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.

Additional Requirements: Successful candidates must provide a Criminal Background Check and a clean Driver's Abstract. A valid G-class driver's license is required.
