Full job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Superintendent to join our team who will contribute to overall success of the Construction Department by overseeing the day-to-day operations for their assigned project as well as other duties that may be assigned. The site is located in Martensville located 8 kilometers north of Saskatoon. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of accuracy.

What You Will Do:

· Maintain an organized job site, including the construction office

· Ensure and encourage all employees, subcontractors and contractors are adhering to the company safety policies

· Prepare and maintains construction schedule, identify and solve problems

· Operate within specified budget

· Request and order materials required throughout project to maintain schedule and productivity

· Establishes/schedules installs for utility service companies

· Maintains a high quality of workmanship and accountability of sub-contractors and contractors

· Organization of site set up and site demo upon completion of project

· Works under the supervision of Head Office, communicates effectively with all departments and provides reports as requested

You Will Bring:

· Knowledge of project plans, specifications, and blueprints

· Knowledge of buildings codes for Province of Employment

· Must have previous residential and/or commercial construction experience of no less than 5 years in a Supervisory position

· Detail-oriented with good written and verbal skills

· Strong interpersonal skills
