PAY RATE: $20 /hour

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: today asap

Jobs and responsibilities:

· Dining services for residents and guests during the meal – times.

· Assist with the handling, labeling, and storage of the food.

· Extra cleaning duties as required.

· Lending a helping hand in the main kitchen and delivering food supplies.

· Working with kitchen equipment, washing and storing dishes, and repairing/replacing any damaged kitchen equipment.

· Follow IGGH, ministry long term care, Infection control regulations policies and procedures

· Maintaining the workplace clean and tidy at all times.

· Assist with infection control, quality assurance, legal and workplace requirements.

· Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Must have a valid food handler's certificate (Required)

· Previous food service experience required.

· Able to perform all other duties.

· Well -versed with proper handling techniques.

· Must know how to work around various appliances like cooking equipment, dishwasher, etc.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
