Expected Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000

If you have a strong business acumen, extensive experience in business analysis, and a proven track record in D365 Business Central configurations, along with expertise in financial management, we want to hear from you. Your dual expertise in migrating from GP and legacy in-house developed software into Business Central and overseeing financial operations will be invaluable as we modernize our systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Configuration: Lead and execute on the configuration of D365 Business Central, tailoring the system to meet specific business needs and optimizing performance.
  • Migration: Manage and execute migrations from GP and legacy in-house developed software to D365 Business Central, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
  • Implementation: Design and implement workflows, integrations, and customizations to enhance business processes and support operational efficiency.
  • Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving bugs to ensure smooth operation.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive technical and end-user documentation, including business process logics, training materials, and architectural diagrams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery and adoption of best practices.
  • Financial Management: Oversee accounting operations (billing, AR, AP, general ledger), coordinate budget preparation, and ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with government requirements, document internal controls, and deliver accurate monthly financial statements.
  • Strategic Planning and Analysis: Analyze financial data to spot trends, assess risks, monitor expenditures, and revenue forecasts, and collaborate on audits.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead the finance team, implement financial controls aligned with legal and executive standards, and ensure harmony in execution

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in D365 Business Central, with a focus on business analysis and system configuration.
  • Migration Expertise: Proven experience in migrating from GP and legacy in-house developed software to D365 Business Central.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of D365 Business Central architecture, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Financial Expertise: Extensive experience in financial management, including accounting operations, budgeting, compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent business analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into effective solutions and analyze financial data.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Other experience that will help support your success:

  • Proficiency in Kingsway Soft, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Power Automate and the like.
  • Expertise in both PowerBI and Excel
  • Proven experience with Fabric, D365 CE Sales Hub integrations to Business Central and workflows, Solution design, and business analysis.
  • Competence in D365 environmental and solution architectural design and management.
