Regional Manager, Business Services
Location: This role is responsible for supporting business services in five branch locations from Wellington to Tignish. Regular travel between locations is required to support teams and ensure consistent service delivery.

What Youll Do:
The Regional Manager, Business Services plays a key role in the delivery of business services to the Credit Unions membership and the operational oversight of the Credit Unions Business Services Department. This role involves leading an account management team and contributing to the strategic direction of the Credit Union. The Regional Manager will contribute to the development and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing member engagement and satisfaction, driving business growth and maintaining operational excellence.

What You Have:
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a College Diploma with a focus in Business/Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field or, an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Demonstrated success in sales, service management, and business lending within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, delegate and foster a team environment.

- Organizational Skills:Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities with a focus on achieving results.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

- Salary range for this position: $98,200 - $115,500.
