Job Overview:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Product Development, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Specialist will ensure that our products comply with all relevant health regulations and assist our formulations team in creating amazing products that keep us at the forefront of consumer supplements.
This newly expanded role bridges core supply chain functions with key responsibilities in product development support, compliance, and regulatory affairs - ensuring that our formulas are brought to life efficiently, cost-effectively, and with full documentation compliance. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued flow of inventory across our network, helping source better-priced raw materials, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating regulatory submissions for product registration and quality assurance.

Supply Chain & Product Development Support
- Collaborate with the CEO and formulation team to obtain quotes for new product formulations, ensuring competitive pricing and alignment with quality standards.
- Identify and contact new suppliers or ingredient vendors for cost savings, improved lead times, and higher-quality materials.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and sourcing initiatives.
- Manage and track purchase orders, shipments, and stock transfers between vendors, 3PLs, and warehouses.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, confirmations, and follow-ups with suppliers and partners.
- Maintain detailed, organized records of inventory levels, order documentation, invoices, and product movement.
Regulatory Affairs & Quality Documentation
- Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation packages for product registrations, including NPN (Health Canada) applications and USDA Organic applications.
- Liaise with third-party consultants or regulatory agencies when needed; gradually bring these functions in-house.
- Gather, track, and file certificates of analysis (COAs), allergen documentation, specifications, GMP certifications, and other QA/QC documents from vendors.
- Ensure all product documentation is audit-ready and stored systematically for easy retrieval.
- Support compliance efforts by staying informed of evolving regulatory requirements in Canada, the U.S., and other international markets.
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or regulatory support (CPG, supplements, or health products preferred).
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills with a sharp, professional tone.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and documentation abilities.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and switching between structured process work and fast-paced project coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and general office software.
- Experience communicating with suppliers and external vendors across time zones and cultures.
- A natural problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to continually improve processes.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Health Canada NPN requirements, quality assurance documentation, or supplement regulations.
- Also Helpful: Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Location: North York - Hybrid Model (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
