Compensation Information: $22.50 per hour

Physical Requirement: Medium; work activities involve handling loads up to 20kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Skills you bring with you:

• Minimum 5 years supervisor experience of a multi-server operation.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in ordering, controlling and pricing of beverage products.
• Knowledge of RTP point of sales system would be an asset.
• Food safe.
• Serving it Right (Licensee).
• Excellent knowledge of Food, Wine & Service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Good working knowledge of current WCB regulations.
• Knowledge and adherence to SPRC policies as written in our policy manual.
• Knowledge and adherence to all Jr Positions and their descriptions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Food & Beverage Outlet while maintaining a consistently high level of customer service.
• Assist in the coordination of entertainment in the Outlet.
• Responsible for requisitions, inventory counting and purchase orders.
• Works with the Executive Sous Chef, Food and Beverage Manager, and other personnel to plan the menus relating to dining room and bar operations.
• Responsible for cost control of goods, labor and expenses as per budget for bar and restaurant operations.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, motivating and corrective action of staff.
• Excellent time management while multi-tasking under pressure.
• Must be prepared to serve tables, expedite food and drinks, buss tables, and seat guests.
• Quickly and effectively resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and the work environment is kept in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Programing and maintenance of POS.
• Compiling daily time sheets and submitting to payroll.
• Responsible for maintenance and control of floats.
• Under the assistance of the Food and Beverage Manager, assisting in monthly and annual budgeting, completing both weekly and monthly reports.
• Superior communication and conflict resolution.
