Customer Service Representative Location: Brampton ON Employment Type: Full-Time
About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our client's Calgary-based team. In this role, you'll support wireless device fulfillment, offer technical assistance, and ensure smooth coordination across internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities• Deliver exceptional customer service through timely, professional communication• Accurately process wireless device orders and support same-day shipping when required• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams• Assist in on-site device deployments and provide technical support (training provided)• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless service delivery and fulfillment• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative duties such as order audits, scheduling, and documentation• Support conflict resolution while maintaining a customer-first mindset• Adapt to evolving priorities in a performance-driven environment• Learn and support MDM (Mobile Device Management) systems and data transfer solutions• Understand wireless product offerings to better assist customers• Perform additional related duties as assigned in the Fulfillment group
Qualifications & ExperienceRequired:• High school diploma or equivalent• 3+ years of customer service experience• Excellent communication, listening, and conflict-resolution skills• Proficient with Windows, internet tools, and mobile devices• Strong multitasking and time management skills• Detail-oriented, dependable, and punctual• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Preferred:• Experience in telecommunications or technical customer support• Bilingual French (an asset)• Post-secondary education• Familiarity with MDM (Mobile Device Management) systems• Experience with multi-line phone systems (to be confirmed)• Knowledge of internal systems (to be confirmed with hiring leader)
Work Schedule & Compensation• Shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM (TBD)• Location: On-site in Brampton ON• Salary: $36,000 – $49,000 annually (based on experience)• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package• Start Date: Targeting hires before month-end
