Job Title: Facilities Management Quotation Provider (Commission-Based)
Location: Toronto, ON (Remote/Field-Based)
Employment Type: Commission-Based Contract

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Role Summary:
We're seeking a self-motivated FM Quotation Provider to generate accurate, competitive quotes for commercial clients across the GTA. Ideal for candidates with FM industry knowledge, strong vendor networks, and a sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and deliver competitive quotes for FM services (HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, etc.)
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for pricing and timelines
• Ensure quotes meet client needs and compliance standards
• Support proposal submissions with the sales team
• Track approvals and maintain high quote conversion rates

Qualifications:

• Experience in Facilities Management, Procurement, or Estimating
• Strong knowledge of FM services and pricing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organization skills
• Independent and self-driven
• Experience with estimating tools is a plus

Compensation:
Commission-based with incentives tied to successful quote conversions.
