- Perform tire removal, installation, and repair services safely for OTR & commercial tires. This includes removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, inflating and installing repaired or new tires, and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct diagnostics, evaluate the reparability of damage, and choose and complete proper repair methods.
- Keen willingness to learn in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- You have a strong mechanical ability and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
- Valid driver's license, Class 3 preferred.
- Ability to excel in a physical environment and easily lift 50+ lbs.
- Safety mindset, ready to wear all required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
- Automotive or tire experience is an asset.
