As a Renovation Specialist Multi-Tradeat Ultimate Renovations, you will take your career to the next level by handling various renovation and trade tasks when the job scope is too small to send in a crew from each trade discipline. In other words, you possess significant experience in all aspects of renovating. Capitalizing on your diverse skillset, you will thrive in an environment that has produced award-winning designs for over four decades.

As a versatile Multi-Task Renovator / Skilled Tradesman, you posses the following skills and knowledge so you can complete tasks such as:

• 
  Residential framing
• 
  Basic HVAC and duct work
• 
  Basic plumbing cap-offs
• 
  Basic concrete finishing, typically in spaces such as basements where concrete was formerly demolished for plumbing work
• 
  Finishing carpentry
• 
  Small volume drywall and painting work

On your resume we will be looking for the following qualifications:

• 
  A minimum of 5 years experience working on residential renovations
• 
  A track record of delivering high quality workmanship (if you can provide examples of completed projects, it would certainly be an asset)
• 
  An interest in self-investment and growth as it relates to education and knowledge of local construction code, by-law requirements, and honing your diverse skillset
• 
  A list of tools you own/have access to that will be required for this role
• 
  Fluency in the English the language
