What You'll Do:
- Perform full-cycle accounts payable functions using RBC Express
- Prepare payroll entries and assist with semi-monthly payroll processing
- Manage reimbursements, accounts receivable/payable, and employee expense summaries
- Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system
- Track unused vacation days and help onboard employees to payroll self-service
- Support the implementation of a new HRIS platform and other cross-functional initiatives
- Stay up to date on regulatory compliance and accounting best practices
- A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting admin role
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Knowledge of financial controls, payroll processes, and accounting standards
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Payroll experience is a strong asset
