We are working with one of Canada's fastest growing digital banks and we are seeking a Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team.
What You'll Do:
  • Perform full-cycle accounts payable functions using RBC Express
  • Prepare payroll entries and assist with semi-monthly payroll processing
  • Manage reimbursements, accounts receivable/payable, and employee expense summaries
  • Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system
  • Track unused vacation days and help onboard employees to payroll self-service
  • Support the implementation of a new HRIS platform and other cross-functional initiatives
  • Stay up to date on regulatory compliance and accounting best practices
What You Bring:
  • A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting admin role
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of financial controls, payroll processes, and accounting standards
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Payroll experience is a strong asset
